Job Description

Provide technical and functional support for the Murex trading platform (Murex 3.x).
Resolve incidents and manage system configurations across front-to-back office functions.
Collaborate with traders, risk teams, and IT departments to ensure smooth trade lifecycle operations.
Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and operational risk.
Participate in system upgrades, testing, and environment validation activities.
Work with MxML, Datamart, workflows, and other Murex components for configuration and support.
Ensure compliance with internal processes and support documentation standards.
Prior experience in Murex support within a financial institution is highly desirable.
