Role & responsibilities

Analyzing and documenting business requirements.
Preparing mapping sheets and guiding developers.
Driving functional requirements and acting as a subject matter expert.
Preparing business cases and use cases.

Banking domain knowledge:

Accounts: Customer onboarding, account opening, deposits, and branch operations

Auto Loans: Loan origination, underwriting, lien protection, and disbursement automation

Cards, Payments
