Job description belwo: -

• Supported user base of at least 100+ end users
• Responsible for administration, maintenance & troubleshooting of apple products.
• Knowledge of installing the Microsoft security patches, Antivirus Patches etc.
• OS Installation, Outlook Configure
• Part, Keeping customers well informed on daily basis about the status of their product for highest customer satisfaction feedback.
• Attending installation calls at customers place and providing him basic knowledge and training of Mac OS.
• Basic Troubleshooting & maintenance of Apple ios devices like-configuration, restoration, updating & data backup.
• Data backup and Mail backup from Windows to Mac or Mac-to-Mac as per customer's demand.
• Attending Apple onsite calls, AMC call, warranty call and solving their problem as soon as possible.
• Troubleshooting & Diagnosing Mac Pro, on HDD.
• Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking
