Team Management: Provide work direction and ensure performance and productivity of the ARA Readiness Team Members.
Process and Procedure Development: Establish, Document, and Execute processes and procedures for the ARA Readiness Team. Perform regular Continual Improvement activities to ensure function efficiency.
Support Service Owners: Function as the Point of Contact between US based Service/Process Owners and the ARA Readiness Function.
Process Governance: Ensure Governance and Approvals are established for the end to end delivery of the ARAs.
Standardize Evidence Delivery: Work with Service and Process owners to establish procedures to define, review, collect, store, and provision available evidence to ensure compliance and efficiency. Maintain a centralized repository for evidence collection.
Tool and Process Expertise: Develop expertise in the ARA Tool and Archer to minimize effort in the ARA Process and Fit-Gap analysis. Execute continual improvement on the ARA Process delivery.
Issue and Problem Governance: Support the resolution of Issues and Problems acting as the POC between Service/Process Owners and Security Governance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security, or a related field.
Certifications in Security, Risk, and/or Audit capabilities.
6-8 years experience in compliance and governance processes within a technology or services environment.
2-4 years experience in team management and process development.
Deep familiarity with Governance Risk and Compliance tools and technologies.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
