Strong knowledge of e-commerce, FMCG, or retail operations (preferably with dark store and last-mile exposure).
Proven ability to handle multi-location operations with high transaction volumes.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
Proficiency in operational tools, WMS (Warehouse Management Systems), and delivery tracking systems.
