We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our International Customer Support (Voice) team. As a Customer Service Associate (CSA), you will be the voice of global brands (primarily US clients), addressing queries, resolving issues, and driving customer retention.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound calls related to account cancellations, billing, and technical issues.
  • Use persuasive communication to re-engage and retain customers.
  • Provide accurate product/service information and educate customers.
  • Use structured frameworks to deliver empathetic and efficient support.
  • Work on cloud-based tools to manage cases and maintain accurate records.
  • Meet/exceed KPIs like:
  • Handle Time
  • Quality & CSAT
  • Save Rate / Retention Metrics

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
  • 6 months+ of experience in customer service (International voice preferred).
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude.
  • Confident, persuasive communicator with the ability to handle pressure.
  • Comfortable troubleshooting on Android/iOS mobile devices.
  • Fast learner, adaptable, detail-oriented, and open to feedback.
  • Minimum Qualification: High school diploma (12th pass) or equivalent.
