Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
- Ensure team discipline and smooth implementation of HR policies.
- Screen resumes from job portals, references, and other sources.
- Coordinate and schedule telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
- Manage end-to-end hiring process (shortlisting, interviewing, offer letter, joining).
- Assist in employee engagement activities and maintain healthy workplace culture.
Required Skills:
- Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
- Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Candidates from Pimpri Chinchwad / Pune city will be preferred.
