Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Manage employee attendance, leave records, and punctuality.
Ensure team discipline and smooth implementation of HR policies.
Screen resumes from job portals, references, and other sources.
Coordinate and schedule telephonic, virtual, and face-to-face interviews.
Manage end-to-end hiring process (shortlisting, interviewing, offer letter, joining).
Assist in employee engagement activities and maintain healthy workplace culture.

Required Skills:

Good knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office & HR software.
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Candidates from Pimpri Chinchwad / Pune city will be preferred.
