Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in purchasing jewellery via website, chat, email, and calls
Convert inbound/outbound leads into successful sales
Support post-sale services such as queries, feedback, and complaints
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and product fulfillment
Drive two key KPIs: Sales Growth and Customer Satisfaction
Learn jewellery-specific calculations and product knowledge
Maintain adherence to company processes and quality standards

Skills Required:

Excellent communication and customer handling skills
Knowledge of jewellery category is a plus
Proficiency in handling chat and voice platforms
Sales-oriented and motivated to meet targets
Basic understanding of CRM or order management systems
