Location: Sector 18 Noida | Sector 50 Noida
Salary Range: 20,000 35,000 per month (plus performance-based incentives)

Position Overview
We are looking for an experienced, dynamic, and customer-oriented Jewellery Consultant to be the face of our brand in our luxury showrooms in Noida.
The role requires a professional who is passionate about jewellery, well-versed with diamonds, Polki, Kundan, Jadau, and gemstones, and skilled in delivering personalized customer experiences.
As a Jewellery Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding clients through their jewellery journey from product selection and styling advice to after-sales service ensuring every interaction reflects the values of Vasundhra Raj Luxury Jewellery.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers with warmth and professionalism, creating a luxury shopping experience.
- Assist clients in selecting jewellery pieces that suit their style, occasion, and budget.
- Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge of diamonds, Polki, Kundan, Jadau, and precious gemstones.
- Explain product details including cut, clarity, design, setting, and craftsmanship.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the showroom reflects a luxury ambience.
- Build and nurture long-term customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Manage billing, invoicing, documentation, and ensure error-free transactions.
- Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns with professionalism.
- Keep updated with new launches, jewellery trends, and competitors offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in jewellery retail, luxury retail, or sales.
- Strong expertise in diamonds, Polki, Kundan, Jadau, and gemstones.
- Proven sales track record with ability to meet targets consistently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills ability to engage with high-end clients.
- Professional grooming and polished appearance befitting a luxury brand.
- Strong organizational and presentation skills.
- Bilingual fluency in Hindi and English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus).
- Ability to work in a target-driven, customer-first environment.
