SailPoint IIQ (Operate/ Support) professionals @ Cirruslabs

Description: Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve complex issues (e.g., provisioning failures, workflow errors, integration problems).
Configure and maintain identity lifecycle workflows, rules, and policies within IIQ.
Support integration of IIQ with new applications, directories, or systems (using connectors/APIs).
Participate in patching, upgrades, and performance tuning activities.
Ensure adherence to security policies, support audit requests, and implement remediation actions.
Mentor L1 analysts, create advanced documentation, and deliver training sessions.
Analyze recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend permanent fixes. Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills: o Deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ architecture, workflows, and connectors.
o Proficiency in troubleshooting Java-based applications and interpreting logs.
o Experience with directory services (AD, LDAP), databases (SQL), and scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell).
o Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns. Soft Skills: o Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
o Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders. Education & Experience: o Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
o 3-5+ years of experience in IAM operations, with at least 1 2 years on SailPoint IIQ. Certifications (Preferred): o SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect.
