Job Description

Job Title: Content Moderation Customer Support (Non-Voice Process)

Location: DLF Gachibowli, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time | 5 Days Working | Rotational Night Shifts | Walk-in Only

Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies.
Identify and filter inappropriate or sensitive content, including premium/exclusive videos.
Maintain quality standards while working on high-volume tasks.
Handle reports and escalate complex issues to senior teams when required.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and consistency in content review.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

Experienced candidates with minimum 9 months in content moderation preferred.
Good communication skills (written).
Comfortable with night shifts & rotational offs.
Attention to detail with ability to work under deadlines.

Salary: CTC 22,000 (Take Home 18,000)

Note: Only Walk-in Interviews (No Virtual/Telephonic Rounds)
