    Key Responsibilities

    1. Agency Network Growth

    • Identify, recruit, and onboard high-potential insurance agents and partners.
    • Expand distribution reach into new territories and customer segments.

    2. Sales & Performance Management

    • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets through effective channel strategies.
    • Monitor agent performance, provide actionable feedback, and implement improvement plans.

    3. Training & Capability Building

    • Deliver product, compliance, and sales skills training to agents.
    • Equip partners with tools, marketing support, and selling techniques to boost productivity.

    4. Relationship Management

    • Build strong, trust-based relationships with agents to enhance retention and loyalty.
    • Act as the primary liaison between the company and agency partners.

    5. Market Intelligence

    • Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
    • Share insights with leadership to refine sales strategies.

    Requirements

    • Graduate in any discipline; insurance or BFSI sales experience preferred.
    • 1 to 5 years experience in sales, ideally in insurance agency management.
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
    • Target-driven with leadership potential and a growth mindset.

    Success Indicators

    • Achievement of sales and revenue targets.
    • Growth in active agent network.
    • Agent retention and productivity rates.
