Job Description:

We are looking for a Deputy Sales Manager with proven experience in secured loan sales, including Home Loans (HL), Loan Against Property (LAP), and Mortgage Loans, to join our Bangalore team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate, source, and convert leads for secured loan products (HL, LAP, Mortgage).

• Drive business through direct sales, channel partners, and DSAs.

• Ensure achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Build and maintain strong customer and partner relationships for sustained business growth.

• Coordinate with credit, operations, and other internal teams for smooth loan processing.

• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and policy changes.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: 26 years in secured loan sales (HL/LAP/Mortgage).

• Age: Up to 34 years.

• Gender: Male candidates only.

• CIBIL Score: Minimum 720.

• Strong sales acumen, negotiation skills, and target-oriented approach.

• Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
