Job Description

    1. Monitor queues across systems to ensure efficient handling of tickets, tasks, or inquiries.
    2. Assign tasks to the appropriate team members based on priority, skill set, and workload.
    3. Collaborate with the team to meet SLA and TAT (Turnaround Time) commitments.
    4. Serve as the central point of contact for queue updates and status reports.
