Job Description:

We are hiring Business Telecallers for our PLTB process. The role involves engaging with potential customers over phone calls, providing accurate information, and driving successful lead conversion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain PLTB business offerings.

• Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.

• Maintain records of customer interactions and update the database regularly.

• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls and lead conversion.

• Follow communication scripts to handle customer objections effectively.

• Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.

Requirements:

• Qualification: Minimum HSC/Graduate (any stream).

• Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply.

• Gender Preference: Male candidates preferred.

• Languages Required: Hindi / English / Telugu / Malayalam / Tamil / Kannada (fluency in any one or more).

• Good communication, convincing, and interpersonal skills.

• Target-driven and self-motivated.
