Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers and vendors all time.
Day to day follow up for new ES installation, Reinstallation and Deinstallation request if any.
Acknowledging and resolving customer complaints timely.
Communicating with customers through various channels.
Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Taking prompt action on customer query & the incidents as per standard process.
Keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints as per standard process
Communicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
Ensure to follow all compliances related to workflow.
Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

Basic job requirement

Any Graduate / Postgraduate or any certification related to technical field
Good communication skills - English and Hindi is MUST
Experience in ES will add more value.
Understanding of various MS & Vendors operations will be added advantage
Ready to work in shifts (Morning / Afternoon / Night incl. Weekends)
Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Good organizational skills and able to work well independently and within the team
Should be able to interact with Banks and service providers
