- Understand client requirements and job descriptions for various openings.
- Source potential candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other platforms.
- Screen candidates over calls to evaluate skills, experience, and suitability for the role.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for ongoing and future requirements.
- Update and manage candidate data in recruitment trackers/ATS.
- Meet daily and weekly hiring targets as per business needs.
Requirements:
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome.
- Experienced recruiters with 6 months3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment preferred.
- Good knowledge of sourcing techniques and job portals (Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
