Job Description
- As a Functional & Automation Testing (Leapwork Specialist) at our organization, you will be responsible for leading testing efforts with a focus on Leapwork automation. With a minimum of 3-5 years of experience, you will play a crucial role in ensuring high-quality delivery through robust test strategies and automation frameworks in an Agile environment. Your key responsibilities will include leading automation initiatives using Leapwork as the primary tool, designing and maintaining automation frameworks using Selenium with C#, executing and managing regression test suites, performing cross-browser and mobile testing, setting up test environments and test data, creating and executing acceptance tests, ensuring all requirements meet the Definition of Done, documenting and verifying test results, reporting testing progress, managing and tracking defects, participating in Scrum ceremonies, supporting delivery teams, and collaborating with developers and stakeholders. Your technical skills should include expertise in Leapwork, Selenium with C#, BDD frameworks like SpecFlow/Cucumber, Page Object Model, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Microsoft Azure Service Bus, REST APIs, Agile Testing techniques, regression, acceptance, BlackBox, WhiteBox testing methods, and proficiency in cross-platform testing for web, mobile, and cross-browser environments. In addition to your technical skills, soft skills such as a strong understanding of Agile methodologies and Scrum practices, excellent communication and collaboration abilities, proactive problem-solving, risk mitigation, mentoring skills for junior testers, and leadership in testing efforts across teams will be essential for success in this role. Overall, as a Functional & Automation Testing specialist, you will be a key player in driving testing excellence, ensuring high-quality deliverables, and continuously developing and maintaining skills in test automation tools, particularly Leapwork.,
