Job Description
- As a Co-Founder & Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at our industrial AI & robotics startup based in Navsari, Gujarat (Remote/Hybrid options available), you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and deployment of AI models and robotic systems. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the end-to-end architecture of our technology stack, managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers, and driving the technological vision and strategy of the company. Collaboration with other co-founders to align technology initiatives with business goals is essential, along with ensuring project timelines, milestones, and deliverables are met according to the MoU. Championing best practices in software development, cybersecurity, and cloud computing will be key, as well as engaging with stakeholders to communicate technical strategies and product roadmaps. Additionally, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement will be crucial for success. To excel in this role, you should have deep expertise in AI, machine learning, and robotics engineering. Proficiency in software development languages like Python, C++, and frameworks such as TensorFlow or ROS is required. A strong knowledge of system architecture, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and cybersecurity is essential. Proven experience in leading and managing technical teams, strategic thinking, excellent communication, problem-solving skills, and adaptability to changing technology and business environments are also necessary qualifications. Equity will be granted upon successful completion of the current product development phase, or immediate equity can be obtained through investment in the company. An MoU will be established at the start of the work, detailing terms, conditions, roles, and responsibilities for both parties.
