Key Responsibility.

• Review and analyze outstanding claims for U.S. healthcare providers.
• Contact insurance companies via phone/email to resolve pending claims and secure payments.
• Perform AR follow-up on denied and unpaid claims within deadlines.
• Understand and work on denials, rejections, underpayments, and appeals.
• Accurately document actions taken on patient accounts in the system.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and company quality standards.
• Meet productivity and quality targets set by the organization.

Collaborate with team members and escalate unresolved issues to leads/managers when needed.
