Job Description

1.Hiring BPO Voice Process Advisors for a full-time work-from-home role.
2.Candidates must have their own laptop or desktop with a stable internet connection.
3.Responsibilities include handling outbound voice calls, resolving customer issues.
4.Strong verbal communication in Punjabi & Hindi mandate, English functional .
5.Prior voice process experience is an added advantage.
6. Willing to work in rotational shift
