Roles and Responsibilities

  • Identify opportunities for upselling/cross-selling products based on customer needs.
  • Assist customers with product selection, ordering, and returns/exchanges.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 0-1 years of experience in BPO/call center environment or related field.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Hindi languages (written & spoken).
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
