Team Leader - Arabic @ Taskus

We are looking for a skilled Team Leader with 3 to 8 years of experience to lead our team in the BPO industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Arabic language and excellent leadership skills.

• Manage and supervise a team of customer service representatives to ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance team performance and productivity.
• Monitor and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
• Collaborate with other teams to achieve business objectives and goals.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to team members to help them develop their skills and career.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Proven experience as a Team Leader or similar role in the BPO industry.
• Strong knowledge of Arabic language and culture.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Experience in managing and motivating a team to achieve high performance levels.
