We are hiring a talented SailPoint IIQ (Operate/ Support) to join our team. Experience - 3-5 years

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate and resolve complex issues (e.g., provisioning failures, workflow errors, integration problems).
  • Configure and maintain identity lifecycle workflows, rules, and policies within IIQ.
  • Support integration of IIQ with new applications, directories, or systems (using connectors/APIs).
  • Participate in patching, upgrades, and performance tuning activities.
  • Ensure adherence to security policies, support audit requests, and implement remediation actions.
  • Mentor L1 analysts, create advanced documentation, and deliver training sessions.
  • Analyze recurring incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend permanent fixes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Technical Skills:
  • Deep understanding of SailPoint IIQ architecture, workflows, and connectors.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting Java-based applications and interpreting logs.
  • Experience with directory services (AD, LDAP), databases (SQL), and scripting (BeanShell, PowerShell).
  • Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patterns.
  • Soft Skills:
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-5+ years of experience in IAM operations, with at least 12 years on SailPoint IIQ.
  • Certifications (Preferred):
  • SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Engineer or Architect.
