Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and manage employee records and HR databases
Support backend HR processes and ensure compliance with internal policies
Generate reports and dashboards using MS Excel
Facilitate onboarding and documentation workflows
Address employee queries and ensure data accuracy
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align HR operations with business goals Ideal Candidate Profile:
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
Strong communication and multitasking abilities
Ability to work independently and manage high-volume tasks
High attention to detail and commitment to confidentiality
Professional attitude and a strong sense of ownership
