D for SAILPOINT roles:

Scope of work for IAM OPS Automation: Automate the currently manual provisioning and de-provisioning processes executed by the IAM Operations team through ServiceNow (SNOW) catalog requests. Focusing on integrating IdentityIQ (IIQ) with SNOW to enable automation for 32 catalog items. Additionally, the project will enhance the identification of Movers and Leavers across connected IIQ applications and tools to streamline access management workflows for JIT certification.

1.Full IIQ/SNOW automation for 32 SNOW access request catalogs for provisioning/de-provisioning user access.

oReview details of existing catalog and determine best strategy for automation

oBased on the requirements provided for each catalog automate with SNOW and IIQ

oWork with the Sailpoint engineers to ensure catalogs are automated in Dev/QA/Prod

oTesting for each catalog

oRelease to production

oDocumentation of the automation in Confluence

oCommunication with catalog owners/ServiceNow team/Sailpoint team/LPL leadership

2.Enhanced automated notifications for Just-in-Time (JIT) and termination processing for the currently onboarded applications in IIQ

• Several applications with Sailpoint are not configured for JIT, analyze current inventory
• Configure applications for JIT certifications
• Document all applications and the configurations done
• Communicate with stakeholders/Sailpoint team/LPL Leadership
