Job Title: Resiliency Test Engineer
Location: Pune , Hyderabad , Chennai

Job Summary:

Seeking a skilled Resiliency Test Engineer to design and execute testing strategies focused on ensuring the reliability of applications, systems, and networks under failure conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and execute resiliency, recovery, stress, and failure testing strategies.
  
• Develop and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for fault tolerance and recovery scenarios.
  
• Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
  
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend system, process, or architectural improvements.
  
• Monitor system behavior during tests and document potential risks and mitigations.
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in software testing, QA, or systems engineering focused on resiliency.
  
• Strong understanding of system architecture, networking, and database management.
  
• Proficiency in tools like JMeter, Rational Performance Tester and scripting languages like Python, Java.
  
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
  

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
  
• Understanding of cybersecurity principles.
  
• Familiarity with DevOps tools and practices.
