About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring the best talent to meet client and organizational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements from clients/hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
• Screen resumes, conduct telephonic/virtual interviews, and shortlist candidates.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients/hiring managers.
• Manage salary negotiations and follow-up with candidates till onboarding.
• Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and clients for long-term engagement.Role & responsibilities
