Job Description
Roles and Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive learning strategies to enhance employee engagement and retention.
- Design and deliver training programs tailored to meet business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify training needs and develop targeted solutions.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and recommend improvements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of training activities and participant feedback.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in learning and development, preferably in a similar industry.
- Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions to drive business outcomes.
- Experience with e-learning platforms and authoring tools is an asset.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
