About the Role:

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as technical advisor. As a technical advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via calls, chats and handle escalation cases.


Responsibilities:

- Handling customer inquiries and troubleshooting

- Providing product/service information to customers

- Meeting and exceeding customer satisfaction targets

- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions

- Collaborating with team members to achieve team goals


Requirements:

- Very good knowledge about customer handeling skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill in English

- Minimum 12th pass qualification

- Minimum 6 months experience of customer support with proper documents, i.e. appointment letter and experience letter where date of joining and last working day, both are mentioned clearly with proper PF deduction. Pay slips will not be considered as an alternative of experience letter.

- Freshers can also apply.


Shifts:

Rotational night shift

5 working days 2 days off on rotational basis


Transporation:

One sided pickup or drop for odd hour shifts


Salary :

23k CTC TO 35K CTC depending on skills.
