We are looking for enthusiastic and driven individuals to join our HR Internship Program. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment with structured training and mentorship and 5 Days Office Saturday will be WFH

Key Responsibilities:

Resume screening and job posting on Naukri.com and ATS platforms
Coordinating interviews and managing candidate communications
Supporting salary negotiation, documentation, and offer roll-out
Preparing and maintaining HR data using Excel and PowerPoint
Assisting in soft skills training and mock interviews
Participating in live recruitment processes and candidate evaluations

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
Must have a laptop and a stable internet connection
Strong willingness to learn and grow in the HR field
