About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Executive to join our high-performing team. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our strategic event operations and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) initiatives. You will be responsible for crafting and executing high-impact events, webinars, and targeted engagement campaigns across global markets (Europe & USA), directly contributing to our pipeline and sales goals.

This is a hands-on role perfect for a proactive marketer who thrives on planning, flawless execution, and data-driven optimization to deliver a best-in-class experience to our prospects and clients.


Key Responsibilities

  • Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Execution:
  • Assist in developing and executing multi-channel ABM campaigns targeting key verticals and strategic accounts.
  • Coordinate and manage specialized engagements including webinars, roundtables, and exclusive events (both virtual and in-person).
  • Track account engagement and provide insights to sales for personalized follow-up.
  • End-to-End Event Management:
  • Own the entire event lifecycle: from concept and planning to execution, post-event follow-up, and ROI analysis.
  • Manage all logistics for virtual and physical events, including vendor coordination, sponsorship activation, and on-site/online coordination.
  • Ensure all events are aligned with brand guidelines, sales objectives, and deliver exceptional audience value.
  • Sales & Cross-Functional Alignment:
  • Serve as a key marketing liaison for the Sales, Inside Sales, and Leadership teams.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, IT) to ensure compliance, manage budgets, and facilitate smooth tech integrations for all campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and performance reports to stakeholders.
  • Performance Analysis & Reporting:
  • Monitor, measure, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) such as registration rates, attendance, engagement scores, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
  • Build and maintain performance dashboards to derive actionable insights for continuous campaign optimization.
  • Engagement & Gifting Campaigns:
  • Strategize and execute targeted gifting campaigns using platforms like Reachdesk to enhance prospect and customer engagement.
  • Manage the India gifting inventory, ensuring accurate tracking, timely fulfillment, and budget adherence.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a proven track record in event operations, ABM, or sales enablement.
  • High proficiency in marketing automation and event tools; hands-on experience with HubSpot, Zoom Webinars, and Reachdesk is highly preferred.
  • Exceptional project management skills with the ability to multitask and manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with an aptitude for interpreting data to inform decisions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience collaborating across global teams.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and a creative problem-solver.
