JLL is seeking a dynamic and skilled Front Office Executive to join our team and serve on the front lines of customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the front desk, providing a warm welcome to visitors and guiding employees.Handle all incoming and outgoing calls, including distributionMaintain professional and polite demeanor in appearance and behavior
Manage email communications and excel spreadsheets efficiently
Oversee vendor management and follow up on various requirementsMaintain and improve the front office environment dailyAct as Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for client visit arrangements, coordinating with multiple stakeholders including pantry team.Maintain client finance tracker and ensure timely processing of client invoices.Update and maintain records and databases.
Prepare various MIS reports as required by clientsPerform general admin activities and help desk tasks.Contribute to monthly management reports for clientsParticipate in emergency evacuation proceduresDevelop policies and procedures for all reception functionsAssist in managing conference rooms, Meeting room, events, and other arrangement coordination
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline or Hotel Management background1-5 years of experience in front desk management or reception
Proven experience with continuous improvement initiatives and client reportingFamiliarity with occupational safety requirementsStrong computer literacy and ability to manage activities using different systems
Excellent customer service skills and ability to interact with a wide range of client staffOutstanding multitasking abilitiesStrong attention to detail and organizational skills
