• Role: Customer Support.
• Industry Type- BPO.
• Employment Type-Full Time, Permanent.
• Education Qualification- Intermediate or Any Graduation.
• Work Location: Secunderabad. (Work from Office)
• 5 Workings Days (2 Rotational Week Off)
• Pure dayshifts only.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle customer calls and provide information.
• Handling calls related to quires, survey and feedback.
• Handling enquiry and service calls.
• Have to solve the queries or the problems of the customers.

Eligibility Criteria: -

1. Good in English and Malayalam & Tamil (Any One Language)

2. Both Exp and Fresher can apply.

3. Candidate should be willing to work from office.

4. Immediate Joiners preferred.

5. No cab facility.
