Key Responsibilities:
Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365 & Surface device issues via phone/chat/email.
Provide remote support & ensure timely resolution.
Document cases, escalate when needed & aim for first-contact resolution.
Stay updated on Microsoft product updates & patches.
Maintain professionalism & meet customer satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
1+ years of technical support experience.
Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
Knowledge of Windows OS, O365, hardware & remote troubleshooting.
