    Role & responsibilities

    • Source profiles through various channels such as job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
    • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on requirements.
    • Conduct interviews with candidates to assess their suitability for the role.
    • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding new hires.
    • Manage bulk hiring campaigns for multiple positions simultaneously.

     

    • 1-6 years of experience in recruitment or related field.
    • Strong understanding of industry trends and market dynamics.
    • Excellent communication skills with ability to coordinate with clients effectively.
    • Proficiency in screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing candidate pipelines.
