Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed company targets
Identify new business opportunities and expand into untapped markets
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Negotiate contracts and close high-value deals
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies
Monitor sales performance metrics and generate regular reports
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market shifts
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for prospective clients
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and post-sales support
preferred Candidates:
Any Graduate
Min 5 Years of experience of sales in construction equipment's.
proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
Willingness to travel as required.
