Job Description

As a Software Developer with 1 to 3 years of experience in data solutions at Johnson Controls in Pune, India, you will be a key contributor to the development, building, and implementation of innovative software solutions customized to meet our clients" requirements. Your responsibilities will include designing and developing data-driven applications and solutions, collaborating with business analysts to refine specifications based on technical needs, writing clean and scalable code using .NET programming languages, as well as testing, deploying, enhancing, and maintaining software systems. You will also participate in code reviews, adhere to standard coding practices, and stay updated on industry trends and technologies to drive process improvements. We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in software development, specifically in data solutions. Proficiency in programming languages like C#, Java, or Python, understanding of SQL databases and data modeling, and familiarity with Agile methodologies are essential requirements. Preferred qualifications include experience with cloud technologies such as Azure or AWS, working knowledge of data visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau, excellent communication skills, and a team-oriented mindset.
