Roles and Responsibilities:
- Conducting pre-Delivery Inspection Delivery.
- Develop and Prepare (when needed) QA plans for Inprocess and Final testing and get it reviewed and accepted by the authorities / customers.
- Interaction with CQAE, CMILAC, DGAQA, SSQAG, RNQA for the compliance to the documentation (ATPMDITSFTPSOPQAPBOM) and to coordinate for QA clearance from them.
- BOMKittingRaw martials COC verifications inspection and verification coordination with Agencies (when needed).
- Perform Acceptance Inspection of assemblies/subassemblies received from vendors.
- ESSEMIEMCQTATSOFT activities coordination with the certification agencies.
- Maintenance of the calibration details and clarences from external agencies for Equipments and test jigs verification of calibration details with Sub vendors (ESSEMIEMCQT etc).
- Coordination for the collection of the Customer Satisfaction from the customers at Hyderabad.
- To manage and perform the SVN configuration management audits.
- To perform vendor audits (vendors at Hyderabad when available) and to collect Supplier Performance Reports.
- Performing Process Compliance Checks.
- Project KPI collection and its Analysis.
- Managing Internal Audit Activities.
