UX/Product Design Intern @ QualityKiosk

Job Description

About the Role

This role is ideal for those who love working at the intersection of design, user thinking, and AI tools. Youll define the UX for prompt evaluation dashboards, test flows, and help shape the product that powers trust in GenAI bots.

Responsibilities

• Participate in early requirement breakdowns (PRD analysis)
• Define and wireframe user journeys (spec drift, prompt issues)
• Conduct user research & feedback analysis
• Collaborate with tech and QA teams to align experience with functionality

Preferred Skills

• UX research, Figma/wireframing tools
• Strong communication skills
• Curiosity about AI tools and LLMs

Preferred candidate profile

• Strong analytical & problem solving skill.
• Awareness of current trends in tech innovation & industry developments.
