Job Description

• Monitoring and Alerts Dashboard Management: Regularly review dashboards to ensure all systems are functioning correctly. Alert Handling: Set up alerts for critical issues and ensure prompt response to incidents. Incident Management: Document incidents and follow up on resolutions.
• Data Extraction and Reporting Data Collection: Use automated tools to extract data from multiple sources. Consolidation: Combine data into comprehensive reports. Quality Assurance: Review reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Escalation and Troubleshooting Initial Validation: Perform first-level checks and troubleshooting.
• Team Management and Mentoring Mentoring: Guide and motivate your team on storage monitoring aspects. Career Growth: Help team members plan their career paths. Roster Management: Prepare and maintain team schedules.
