Job Opening: Customer Care Executive Order Taking Process

Role Overview: We are hiring Customer Care Executives to manage the Order Taking Process for a leading paint brand. Ideal for freshers who are enthusiastic about customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers over the phone with queries and concerns.
• Place paint orders as per customer requirements.
• Identify issues and provide effective resolutions to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Graduates or Undergraduates

• Languages Required: Fluent or Average English + Any regional language (Except Telugu)

• Experience: Fresher
• Age Limit: Maximum 26 years

Salary & Benefits:

• Take Home: 16,100 per month
• CTC: 20,800 per month
• Additional Perks:
• PF & ESIC
• OT: 100/hour after 9 working hours
• 1-way cab after 10 PM for boys (within 12 km radius)
• Boys: Rotational Shifts
