Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
1. Dispensing & Medication Management
Receive, review, and process prescriptions from patients or healthcare providers.
Accurately prepare, measure, and label medications.
Assist in dispensing prescription and over-the-counter (OTC) medications.
Ensure correct storage and handling of drugs, including controlled substances.
2. Patient Support & Customer Service
Answer patient inquiries regarding medications, dosage, side effects, and usage (under pharmacist supervision).
Provide advice on non-prescription medicines and healthcare products.
Assist patients with insurance claims, billing, and payment processing.
3. Inventory & Stock Control
Monitor stock levels and manage ordering of medicines and supplies.
Check for expired or damaged medications and remove them from stock.
Organize and maintain the pharmacy shelves and storage areas.
4. Administrative Duties
Maintain accurate patient records and prescription histories.
Process electronic prescriptions and maintain pharmacy databases.
Prepare and file documentation in compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
5. Safety & Compliance
Follow strict protocols to ensure patient safety and medication accuracy.
Adhere to laws, regulations, and ethical guidelines in pharmacy practice.
Support the pharmacist in quality control and risk management activities.
6. Technical Support for Pharmacists
Assist in preparing compounded medications (e.g., creams, solutions) as directed.
Carry out routine pharmacy tasks to free up pharmacists for clinical responsibilities.

Minimum 2 yrs of experience with Good Communication Skills both oral and written in English
Duty Time 8hrs a day/ 6D
Probation Period 3 months
