AI/ML Engineer with expertise in Google LLMs, prompt design, fine-tuning, RLHF, and A2A orchestration.

Experience Level: 8 + years

Responsibilities:

• Design and optimize prompt engineering strategies.
• Fine-tune LLMs using domain-specific datasets.
• Apply RLHF to improve agent decision-making.
• Implement agents using Vertex AI, PaLM, Gemini.
• Collaborate on agent architecture and evaluation.
• Use MCP to standardize agent interaction.
• Proficient in Python, TensorFlow, JAXRLHF, PyTorch.
• Hands-on with Vertex AI, Gemini, AutoML.
• Knowledge of transformers, LoRA, quantization, PEFT.
• Experience with ADK, A2A, MCP protocols.
• Prompt tuning and chain-of-thought expertise.
