Job Description

Role & responsibilities


  • Be the frontline of growth: reach out to prospects via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Perform deep market research to identify industries, decision-makers, and opportunities.
  • Resonate with prospects through clear and strong English communication.
  • Work closely with senior sales team members to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records in tracking outreach and measure success metrics.
  • Stay curious and bring back insights from calls and research to sharpen our sales playbook.

Preferred candidate profile


  • 03 yrs of experience in sales, cold calling, or lead generation (freshers welcome).
  • Exceptional English communication skills, spoken and written.
  • A natural researcher: you know how to find the right contacts, companies, and signals.
  • Hunger to learn sales the modern way (tools, and data-driven outreach).
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a growth mindset.
