Job Description
SQL: Proficient in SQL with a strong ability to write and optimize complex queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from large and diverse datasets.JSON: Skilled in interpreting and writing JSON for data exchange and integration, with the ability to structure, validate, and troubleshoot JSON data used in APIs, configuration files, and data pipelines.
API Tools (Postman): Competent in utilizing APIs through tools such as Postman, with the ability to construct, test, and debug API requests and responses for efficient integration and troubleshooting across applications.
Cloud Platforms: Experienced with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, including hands-on use of Amazon Athena for querying large-scale datasets using SQL in a serverless environment.
Databricks: Familiar with Databricks, including navigating notebooks, running queries, and collaborating on data workflows.
Learning & Initiative: Demonstrates a strong willingness to learn, with a proactive attitude and the initiative to take on new challenges.
Collaboration: Comfortable asking questions to clarify requirements, ensure understanding, and promote effective collaboration.
Communication: Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Preferred:
Data Analysis: Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, with the ability to interpret and derive insights from complex datasets generated through SQL queries, identifying trends, anomalies, and actionable findings.
Help Desk Support: Experienced in managing and resolving help desk tickets, providing timely technical support and issue resolution.
Documentation: Skilled in clearly documenting standard operating procedures, technical processes, and data workflows to ensure knowledge transfer, maintainability, and team collaboration.
