We are looking for a skilled professional with 5 to 10 years of experience to join our team as a Tools Support L2 specialist in CMS IT Services Private Limited, located in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot tools-related issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex problems.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance tool performance.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of tools and equipment.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Train and guide junior team members on tool usage and best practices.
- Strong understanding of tools and technologies used in the BPO/Call Centre industry.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with industry-standard protocols and procedures.
