Sales Manager - Distribution Channel - OTC @ Kudos Ayurveda

Job Description

Your main responsibility will be to drive the growth of our distribution channel. This will involve executing sales strategies to meet revenue targets, expanding the distribution network, and fostering a high-performance culture in your region. You will need to identify potential markets, onboard new distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute sales strategies to meet revenue targets and drive profitability, adjusting strategies based on market demand.
- Identify potential markets, onboard new distributors, and ensure optimal pricing and terms for channel expansion.



Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3-5years of sales experience in a distribution-driven role.
- Proven ability to manage multi-tiered distribution networks.
- Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories.
