Job Description

Job Objective

• Provide direct patient care, including assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians or under the supervision of senior nursing staff.
• Monitor and record patient vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, respiratory rate, and temperature, and report any significant changes to the healthcare team.
• Conduct patient assessments, document patient histories, and contribute to the development of care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and self-care procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including nursing notes, medication records, and care plans.
