Job Description
- The Senior Financial Operations Analyst holds the responsibility of conducting various financial analyses, quantifying opportunities, creating financial projections, and performing capital adequacy calculations. The primary focus is to deliver precise financial data to management in a timely manner, adhering to established standards and guidelines. Maintaining the MIS system and generating regular analytical reports to aid in decision-making are key aspects of the role. Collaboration with different functions for financial analysis support and undertaking ad-hoc financial analyses for senior management are also integral to support well-informed decision-making. In this role, the key responsibilities include preparing necessary details and annexures as per the requirements of assignee banks, addressing team queries, coordinating with internal teams and assignee banks for certificate requirements, and sharing relevant information with auditors. Additionally, verifying monthly entries prepared by the team and resolving team members" queries are part of the role's duties. Furthermore, the Senior Financial Operations Analyst is expected to engage in secondary responsibilities, which involve providing information to internal and external stakeholders as needed and assisting team members whenever necessary. Qualifications for this position include an MBA or CA degree, while the desired experience ranges from 5 to 10 years in a relevant field.,
